The Museum of Man and Nature is offering two fantastic special exhibitions and a packed program. “Land.schafft.Klang” (land.crafts.sound) will bring landscapes to life through your ears and show how the “sound” of a meadow is connected to its cultivation. Here you will also be able to enjoy Evi Keglmaier and her music live, talk with a curator, and learn exciting facts about acoustic communication at interactive stations. “Natur gestaltet” (Nature Designs) is about building in nature – but also about the museum's own future plans. How do animals shape their environment and what materials do they use? How does construction work affect their habitat – and what can we humans learn from this? Here, too, the museum invites visitors to participate and discuss. And, of course, the popular classics are back: experience the earthquake simulator, spin the wheel of fortune, or crack open a geode to discover the crystals hidden inside. After so much action, you will be able to recharge your batteries at Café Limulus.
