At KUNSTLABOR 2, a wide variety of works by local and internationally renowned artists, some of them participatory, invites visitors to experience and get actively involved. Visitors can immerse themselves in walk-in art spaces that have been transformed into extraordinary art worlds by over 100 artists. During the Long Night, guests will also be able to stroll through the unique exhibition area with a cool drink in hand.
Seth’s SPIEL(T)RÄUME
The art and culture center KUNSTLABOR 2 in Munich is showing the travelling exhibition ‘Seth’s SPIEL(T)RÄUME’ by the internationally renowned French street artist Julien Malland, alias Seth. In this interactive exhibition, Seth immerses visitors in the diversity and possibilities of play around the world. With dreamlike installations, paintings, sculptures and murals, the artist aims to awaken creativity and curiosity, with a special focus on young audiences. ‘Seth’s SPIEL(T)RÄUME’ was created in collaboration with the Musée en Herbe in Paris.
The exhibition ‘Seth’s SPIEL(T)RÄUME’ invites visitors to join the artist on an imaginative and poetic journey. Visitors stroll through the reproduced streets of Paris, where children have the opportunity to play in a dynamic, urban environment. All while accompanying Seth on his travels to all corners of the world and take part in his encounters with children and their games from Madagascar, Indonesia, Haiti, Ukraine and China.
In this joyful exhibition, the works seem to come alive, reviving the board games of our childhood and clever language play — the artist encourages visitors to immerse themselves in his distinctive world of linguistic creativity and interactive fun.
