6, 6:30 and 7 pm: “There's a Hofbräuhaus in Munich ...” – everyone knows that. But very few people know that there is another piece of history and craft tradition right behind it. Over 100 years ago, master miller and baker Jakob Blum acquired the mill that still grinds 35 tons of wheat every day. (Lasts 30 minutes)
