The famous astronomer Johannes Kepler (1571–1630), a contemporary of Galileo Galilei and, together with him, one of the founders of modern science, died during a brief visit to Regensburg in 1630. The house where he died has been preserved to this day. Original exhibits and presentations provide insight into Kepler's life and work.
